Part of Amazon's Black Friday sales, the Jurassic Park Trilogy Blu-ray set has been discounted to USD$29.99, which works out to be around AUD$36 including delivery. Bundle in something else, like LotR Trilogy: Extended Edition [Blu-ray] for USD$49.99 or the Star Trek Original Motion Picture collection listed in this deal, and save on combined shipping now, or wait, as I think the price will be available for most of this week.
The boxset is also on sales at Amazon UK right now as part of a lightning deal (available for the next hour and half, quantity permitting - 70% claimed as I type), but even though it qualifies for free shipping, you end up paying around AUD$38 (after VAT removal). Also available for the next 40 minutes is the Avatar Limited Edition Steelbook [Blu-ray], available for around AUD$18 (with free shipping too - apparently, the free shipping offer is based on the regular price being over 25 pounds, not the lightning price) - it's not the extended edition, but it has a 200+ page book I think.
Both JP trilogy sets are compatible with Australian Blu-ray players (US set is region-free, UK set is at the very least region B, same as Aus)
Update: Another Amazon UK Blu-ray lightning deal just came up - Batman Anthology for £10.17, roughly AUD$16 before shipping.
Note: They don't remove VAT on the lightening Deals on the UK site
"The Lightning Deal Discount is the saving against the current Amazon.co.uk site price. The Lightning Deal price is the price paid by all customers and the savings indicated may differ for different tax jurisdictions."
Otherwise it would have worked out ~$32 delivered on Amazon UK.
