So I've just returned from Spain where we can buy exceptional dry aged steaks for 30€/kg in shops or 16€/kg online.
Given that meat is generally more expensive in Europe than in Aus - especially beef - I'm astounded at the prices that I'm seeing for similar products locally.
Anyone have any tips on where this can be sourced? Or am I just going to have to bite the bullet and start dry ageing it myself?
