yes they are, not sure of brand though. the pet shop also sells them for $25 and the discount variety stores sell them for $5 when they are in stock so $28.50 is not a bargain

Surely you could have read where to place your bargains before posting them randomly. From the Aldi comment above about them being cheaper, this 'bargain' seems more like yet another advertisement to me.

Haven't seen the Aldi ones but you can get the same thing from Parklea Markets for $10 flat. Not exactly built to survive armageddon but they handle 3 mid-size dogs no worries.
i've got a couple of dog car seat covers. if your paying more then $10 your getting ripped off.
not a bargain
I just checked out the cheap as chips ones and they don't cover the foot well. They just seem to cover the seat + back of seat but don't attach to the front seats. So they are no good for me, even though only $10.
