Movie Vouchers (Block of 10) $110. IMAX Syd/Palace/Dendy/Wallis/Moonlight+ more. Save up to $195

150

Independent cinema vouchers - $10.50 each (min'm purch 10 tix) plus flat $5 postage.

Normally, $12.50 each, so it's like $20 off for every 10. Pretty sweet, as you've got a whole year to use them. You can get into any regular '2D' session at any of cinemas, but you'll have to pay the extra couple of dollars that all the cinemas charge these days if you want to go '3D'.

As far as IMAX (Syd) goes, it's even sweeter. There's no extra to pay for IMAX 3D - & you can use these tix for a full length IMAX movie (MI4, Happy Feet 2, Puss in Boots … & no doubt The Dark Knight Rises when it comes out nxt yr!!). The only restriction at IMAX is that for the 'proper Hollywood movies' you can't use these for like the 1st week. But hey, what's waiting a few days when you're getting almost 3 trips there for the price of 1??

Vouchers can be used on Sat Nights, public hol's, & for films on the No Free Tix list. There are 80+ cinemas in every state & territory.

Anyway, check out the link & see what you think. I'm pretty sure I covered all the important stuff (I know what a pain it is when ppl list stuff that's not accurate).

Enjoy guys!!!

    • the only restriction with these tickets is that you can't watch an imax film within first week of release.

i used them for the Dark Knight at the Sydney imax but it took 2 attempts to buy them (the first douche that was kind enough to literally highlight that particular restriction was not there the 2nd time and the 2nd attendant was noob and overlooked this minute detail) :P

Q: I have an AUSTRALIAN MOVIE VOUCHER. How do I redeem this and what are the conditions?
A: Each Australian Movie Voucher must be exchanged in person at the IMAX Box Office for a ticket to an advertised film session. It is not possible at this time to redeem the Australian Movie Voucher online, although this is a feature we are working on for the future. Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions listed on the back of the Australian Movie Voucher, as there are some limitations on usage. Please note that Australian Movie Vouchers are NOT VALID for use with full length feature films in the first 7 days of opening. We DO NOT charge a fee for 3D glasses.

      • +1

You exchange your physical voucher for a entry ticket at the the box office (not online). IMAX doco's (up to an hour in length) can be seen from day 1; but the voucher can't be used for full length movies (eg Happy Feet 2) until after the 1st week (ie: day 8 of release).

  • If anyone else wants to split it, I am after 4 tickets. Please send me a PM.
