If anyone has some insight on whether EB games has stopped handing out +50% trade-in credit vouchers post-covid. Supposed to get one the day before my birthday - looking at past emails.

I almost never get one in the mail, you have to actually ring them.
My birthday was a couple of weeks back and I never got one. I'm a level 4 member and got one last year
Forgot to update.
I emailed their support available on the website. Got back to me in a few days and sent me a voucher, managed to do my bulk trade last week all fine.
Check if you still have receive vouchers ticked under notifications in your account.
They sent me one this week
I did receive one back in September but Maybe because I reached level 4 on the same month.
