Saw a red Ferrari today in the rain, driver took off basically foot to the floor fapping it to the maximum.
I think drivers should drive more careful in the rain. Or is it ok?

I think it is important to educate (especially young people) that it is dangerous to drive cars like this in the rain, rather than call them names.

It actually happened today. Maybe it was a different car but looked like a Ferrari.
Should have yelled out 'Nice Mercedes!' when you saw them.

The fapping you hear may not be breaking traction at all.
Some cars can to tuned to dump fuel into exhaust to fap or anti lag or tapping may even be turbo flutter
I could just tell they were smashing the pedal from the sound. It was really loud.
If they were gripping the road even worse since they would have been going even faster.

They were waiting to turn a corner so I just heard 1st gear fapfapfap, then 2nd gear fapfapfapfap (yes all the way to maximum in 2nd gear) I think that’s more than 100kmh in a Ferrari.
Fap means something very different to your use just FYI.

Who knows maybe it was just a young person who works at the dealership and wanted to test drive. Anyway I thought it was dangerous.

@timthetoolman: I’m pretty sure they were speeding, if it was dry I would have heard the squealing tyres but it was wet so only heard the engine. But I saw them take off on the corner so I am sure they were in gear and accelerating.
Kind of lost interest over the whole thing.. hope that answers it.

You're guessing that the other driver is accelerating at full throttle, we're all guessing the degree of traction and this is just a compounded nightmare of guesswork.
(And you also have a comment guessing that they are a beginner driver.)

I have heard + seen cars speed off full speed on the street before, I know it sounds different to just pushing the pedal in neutral.
The car was waiting at the corner, then turned and straight away I could tell by the sound they were flooring it, all through 1st gear, then changing to 2nd gear and flooring it all the way again. After watching the side view of the car for a few metres after the corner I lost sight, but I could just tell by the sound.
It was a quick car so engine sound was quick, but different from just pressing the pedal in neutral I could tell. Some might think I am over-exaggerating, and it was just a performance car speeding off, but this was like in a movie, just full throttle.I guessed beginner driver, because sometimes when people drive a fast car for the first time will press the accelerator much harder thinking it will be fine since the car is a “performance car”.
High performance cars driven hard in the wet usually end up on Youtube.
As soon as a bit of moisture hits the asphalt all the (profanity) hit the streets. Earlier today a person did a doughnut around a roundabout in front of me.
