Looking for Tablet Recommendation

8 year old son wants a tablet for Christmas to upgrade from an old Lenovo. Have a budget of around $200 and he mostly uses it for Minecraft, among us, some mobile games and YouTube.

Does anyone have any recommendations? Looking at old posts this seemed to be popular
