Thinking about a Xiaomi laser projector 1s

Anyone own one?
Feedback?
What sort of screen are you using?

      I assume your child is a boy? Did he charge into the tv or pushed it down? Will mounting the tv help?

    Its all setup now, last weekend was the first proper weekend with it and yes it's awesome.

    The whole family is enjoying it.
    I got a NVIDIA shield Pro to play my media and it's been great.

    All up ~$3.7k with 100" screen. Wanted a 120" screen but the extra $ was nearly 50% more for extra 20".

    Glad its nice. Is the menu in english? Also, would you mind posting some pics of the display when its daytime and there sun in the room

      95% of the settings are in English, there is a "mitv" launcher which is all Chinese.
      there are tools to get rid of this on the XDA forums however for now I haven't bothered.

      I turn on the projector, change HDMI inputs.. this is all in English.
      rest is then from the soundbar & shield remotes.

      will take some pics when we turn it on next :)
