  Can I genuinely just spend, say $20 at Chemist Warehouse, and then withdraw the $2 back to my bank account ?

  if i was to make a purchase today how long before the $2 is credited? it would be pointless if it wasnt credited before 31st oct as the $2.50 fee would kick in.?
