When I try to add a gift card through Suncorp Rewards a message pops up saying I must "add an active product into your App" and I can't proceed any further. I'm not sure what they mean by "add an active product" but I've used the rewards for years without any problem until now. My Suncorp bank account is linked to my account. Anyone having the same problem?
Just bought a gift card this morning, works fine for me.
I had a similar issue some time back and when i emailed them they said the product i was buying was temp unavailable.
