International latency, do not want

Smallest amount of latency on a Minecraft server = Major lag.
(or at least that's how it was a few months ago when I played and rented a server in the US which I had a 160 raw ping on. You'll get around 300 raw ping on a UK server, so it will essentially be unplayable.)
