Just because it's not a good conductor of heat doesn't mean that it won't get hot.
I know but if I buy one of these water cooler and attach it to the plastic heat won't dissipate much either
easy solution, put frozen peas bag next to it

you need a water cooling systems for the phone.
Iphone 11 is a lot better than android phone because world class engineering matters

All phones get warm when playing games. Even the IP11.
Just lower the screen resolution from 1080p to 720p and then point a fan at it. Don't charge the battery when gaming.
Or maybe upgrade to Water cooling.
