There is a definite advantage to being a private company these days so you are not forced to screw over your customers just because the share market wants an extra % point profit. Imagine WW or Coles trading without profit for a few years in view of a long term business objective… the share market would go mental.

The strategy? Simplicity
They have surely grown a lot over the years and I guess while they are small they can afford to be agile. I wonder whether their strategy needs to be changed when they become one of the "majors".
