The major differences between the two seems to be wattage, wifi support and google assistant.

The SN8Y or the Samsung HW-Q70T. Anybody got a view as to one over the other?
And the SN8Y is available at TGG Commercial for $703 (not delivered).
The Yamaha is another class. If I had $1200 to spend I'd consider this.
The Samsung HW-q800t also rates well and is similarly priced. I'm also in the market but still not sure which one is better.

What is the different between the 6 and the 7? I couldn't see the difference in the specs sheet besides the the 6 is 420 watts and 7 was only 320 watts…. Must be something big for the extra $$$
6 without atmos. 7 has atmos. 8 has wifi and google assistant chrome cast etc
FYI the 7 model doesn't have Google Chromecast. And the 8 & 9 models are out of stock, with delivery times estimated at 15-16 weeks.
