Best taste ever if you like nutty cereals.
These cereals contains less sugar and much more fibre than typical cereals.
Ok so it has 14ish% sugar and ingredients include raw sugar, honey and barley malt extract
So overall better than your typical kids cereal but not the healthiest you could go for.

Rate these, very little sugar in them. Makes breakfast feel less like a desert and more like a filling meal to get me going.
