Don't people go berry picking for the experience? (Probably cheaper for the farmers to pay backpackers to do it?)
No, the farmers get the backpacker pick most of the fruut, whatever left at end of the season is reserved for us picker => maximum profit, no waste and they got cleaned plants at the end of the season.
$1.90 at Woolies in Sydney :)
Same 125g punnet other (NSW) stores have
Can anyone comment on the quality of ALDI mattresses?
I have two. Happy with those. First one is Queen and Second is double as they ran out of queen the next year
They had me at bacon
$2…in coles for 170gms…until tomorrow Tuesday 20 October… Victoria
Yup Coles $2 for 170gm is the best current deal for blueberries. What's more they are stocking Driscoll ones which are the better brand.
Hopefully they’re not sour like Woolworths
Crazy prices… We usually go berry picking after NY and I think last year it was $15 a kilo with you doing all the work. I guess fresh berries keep better, but at prices like that may just stock up in the shop
