Best Laptop under $1400. Dell Inspiron 14" (5402)?

Hi

Can you please suggest a laptop under $1400. Not Mac.
Basic Uni studies - web browsing and Microsoft Office. (not gaming or video editing)

Need:

• Long Battery Life is a must
• Low size, weight and portable (Max 14")
• Reliable
• Somewhat stylish (don't want ThinkPad's)

Was looking at the New Dell Inspiron 14" 5000 (5402) i5-1135G7
or refurbished xps 13 7390 i5-10210U

which one is better value? Any other suggestions?
