"A versatile pick for the fitness enthusiasts, this flat bench is ideal for carrying out various exercises during your routine workout sessions." Only picture of it being used shows an adult just sitting down on it to watch someone else younger exercise. Yup, that's about what my routine workout session consists of.

It's intended use is shown in the third pic on the site. Somewhere to sit while you watch your daughter skip.

You can keep very fit with set of 15kg dumbbells. This bench will be perfectly fine for most until gyms go back to normal, unless you are a competitive powerlifter.
There's heaps of great calisthenic workouts too, look up heria fitness on YouTube. How many of you can do the 10 levels of pushups?

    • Agreed

    • Those 10 levels of pushups are absolute rubbish on your joints

      • Obviously they are not meant as a workout routine but to see how your strength and flexibility are.

  • Looking to get an incline bench. Saw some on eBay for around $200. Any deals anyone knows of?
