The sales guy replaced the display packaging. He said he had plenty more and was instructed to sell them because they had held the stock for a long time.
Feel for OP. Someone reported for insufficient quantity but can clearly see more than 10 in the photo and description states the salesperson said there’s more stock out back. Although I’m stuck in iso, here’s an upvote from me.

Hey OP, I think what they had on sale was the original Wonderboom and not the Wonderboom 2 unless they had different stock to what was on the shelf. I’m pretty sure the box in the pic you uploaded is the original wonderboom as that’s they one I saw when I went in.
That honestly sounds more reasonable, since $60 for the Wonderboom 2 is out of this world

I got Wonderboom 2 for Christmas last year and it's one of the best BT speakers I've used. The sound and bass is impressive for its size and price.

I think these were actually the original wonderbooms and not the wonderboom 2.
got the boom 2 for $67
Went to my local on the Sunny Coast, not discounted and couldn't ask for price protection because of the blurry image.
