adidas Delivery Delays - Is Anyone Else Having Issues with Your adidas Deliveries?

I recently ordered from the Adidas online shop expecting that there would be postal deliveries delays. The order was placed over 3 weeks ago and when I checked the status, the order still hasn't been packed.

I would understand if this was a mum and dad retailer who was overwhelmed by the increase of orders but this is a multi-national company that does not appear to be able to pivot and maximize the online shopping boom.

I have contacted and they have said they are taking upto 28 days to pack items.

    I put an order in earlier in covid lockdown and there were alerts/notes all over their website announcing considerable delays, it ended up taking about as long as they’d advised.
    I can see their website now suggests 28 days (wonder if it is business days). While a large global company there aren’t many immune to the challenges covid has introduced

    Would assume busines days. Only 1 guy packing orders in that store.

    Adidas delivery delays - That's why I will not order from them.
    last time I waited for 3 weeks then they cancelled the order with no explanation and took another 2 weeks to refund me.

    I had delays at the start of covid.. took about a month, have not tried them since..

    It appears they are experiencing major problems with distribution and may have recently changed third party distributors.

    I ordered a bunch of items in a sale in early July which took three weeks to arrive. I then followed their process to return items in early August, and despite multiple emails and online chat enquires promising a refund “in 24 hours” I still have not had a refund processed. Emails have not been replied to.

    It’s been so long since I returned the items, the tracking info for the return on the Australia Post website has now gone! Luckily I kept the receipt from the post office for the return.

    I’ve logged a PayPal dispute this month and am awaiting the final outcome from PayPal. Interestingly Adidas responded to the PayPal case dispute quite quickly.

    Never again!

    They just cancelled my order. So disappointed. Cancel it before the code expires. FFS

    I placed an order approx 1 month ago. And it was only delivered on the 25th.
    But it is due to covid & they are currently re-situating their warehouse. So stay patient OP.
