  • FYI all these are whole beans

    • Correct WizardofOZ.

Only whole beans and only 1kg bag size.

Hope to see you make a purchase and try our coffee :)

      • Quick question from an Aeropress newbie, what is an average time from roast date that You should consume your beans by?

        • +2

          Hi JamesLucas,

We find the absolute best results are between 1-3 weeks after roast, but you can still get great results all the way up to 6 weeks. So long as you have a brew recipe and are controlling variables when extracting.

As a side note - you can find an aeropress tutorial video and brew guide on our store page that might help you elevate your skillset.

          Happy Brewing :)

  • Thks OP Just ordered the Peru Lima to give it a try.

    • Hi 63holden, thanks so much for your order and supporting our Yarraville-based operation.

    • I just did the same. Wanted a single origin but the Peru and Kenya items didn't inspire me. The blend sounds quite nice, keen to try it out. Local Melb roaster too - less food miles!

      • Hi GeneralSkunk, thanks for placing an order with us.

We can’t wait for you to try our Elevate Blend - please let us know what you think of it.

  • Is there any chance you could leave up the blurb page about each blend and just mark it as sold out, or include the info in a card (or in the order confirmation email)?

I got the Uganda Mubuku and Brazil Labareda Terrior, and I can't remember which was recommended for drinking black.

    • +1

      Hi Nezumi,

Sure thing - I can do this.

Were you able to find the information you were looking for on the sticker on the coffee bag?

The Uganda is great for drinking black and also on filter. The Brazil is delicious as espresso and with milk too.

      Hope that helps :)

      • Thanks!

The sticker on the pack gives the tasting notes, but not to the same extent as those on the website. The Ungandan coffee was the one I was thinking of - I'm going to use it to make some cold drip.

        • Fantastic - we'd love to hear how you get on brewing up the Uganda on cold drip.

You can find our contact details on our store site should you have any further questions :)
