Grey import. How does Garmin do warranties in that respect?
I know grey imports are technically covered under ACL guarantees but the trick is getting the retailer to acknowledge that. If push comes to shove Kogan is an Australian business so you should be able to convince them.
If you buy from JB with the discount you're basically paying $40 more for local warranty.
