It's 499 at jbhifi. I know the 4a is 599 but it's outside of my price point.
I am interested in 3a since it's apparently non flagship phone with the best camera. Or is there any similar mobile phone with similar camera quality as pixel 3a?

Got my old man a 3A XL last year and it is still going strong, initially was a bit concerned about performance but for his uses it is working well. Camera, media consumption (decent speakers & screen) and battery were on top of his list. And the Camera is superb. Snagged the 3A XL for basically brand new for $400 last year which was a steal, so I would definitely shop around say eBay to see if any that are relatively new are available. And go the white version, I think it ages better, is cleaner and less fingerprints compared to the black. Though I would not pay $499 for the 3A in 2020, eBay is your best bet to see if you can get a good pre-owned device.
4a will likely go on sale by december so wait if u can….if you want 3a maybe get it used on gumtree aim for 350, thats what its worth atm imo. Also, au.webuy.com is decent too if u want a used 3a, ive bought a used ipad from them before 4 yrs ago still good.
