These were advertised today in the Daily Telegraph at 2 bottles for $5 and on the website as 6 for $15. If you do a search on the Dan Murphy site you can see all the varieties. I saw Shiraz, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Merlot and Chardonnay.
I'm no wine expert, but I've had the reds and like them.

Agreed. If the booze didn't make you go blind or cause brain damage, at $2.50 a bottle, that's very cheap.

It's the same deal with many imported labels in Dan Murphy's. You will find that if you go to the respective countries you would have an extremely difficult time finding some of them

Sounds a bit like Fosters. No-one here drinks it.
No what i was trying to say was the big retailers buy the wines, slap their own labels on there and sell it as an 'italian/french/spanish' wine. Many labels sold here are not sold in their home countries - they dont even exist
Also Woolworths seem to be the worst offender in this, their home brand products suffer the most to increase profit.
About 35 cents a standard drink… Unless ur on ur way to schoolies I wouldn't touch this stuff with a 50 foot pole!
