    Haven't used the HN one, but this one is good. All the reviews are correct. I like it as you can turn it upside down and get a completely different spot.

  This thing really digs in, but you can ease it off by not pulling down. I reckon I'll get what ever they do for the lower back.

    There's a difference between 'Authorization' (pending) vs a confirmed charge. If you're in the former it may drop off after a few days.

      In this case it was two actual charges. According to Amazon they had detected it and a refund is in the works automatically.
