I rang though to Customer Service this afternoon because I had noticed that a voucher on my MyerONE app had disappeared.
I had a voucher for $20 last month, with the voucher number and confirmation code visible and ready to use. I know for certain that it was there because when I made a purchase using my birthday voucher, I had considered using them both on that transaction. I decided to leave the $20 voucher for a bigger purchase and now it's gone.
The Cust Service rep insisted that what I was telling him has never happened before (apparently) so it simply could not be true… unless I have proof. He also said he looked at my account and he can see I used my birthday voucher but no other vouchers on my account…. But from what I could gather, he could only see USED vouchers…Although he insisted that I don't have a missing voucher. FYI, MyerONE have just changed their rewards system on 1 October too.
I don't have any documented proof of the voucher because I didn't have any reason to think I would need to create a copy of it outside of the app - this is only logical, after all, that is the purpose of having the app.
I believe there must be a record of the voucher somewhere on myer systems, as an individual voucher code number was generated. Does anyone have any advice on how I can get help with this or should I kiss it goodbye.
Of course I'm annoyed at myself for not using it when I had it :(
How did you obtain the now missing voucher?
