1) Where can I get Amazon GC with % off other than Suncorp benefits 3% (run out due to $500/mt limit and prime day coming up)

2) Why are people posting wanteds for 5% off? Do they exist?

I noticed with NIB Rewards though charge a 1% processing fee on a 5% off gift card. So effectively 4.05% off.
