  One of the reviews says each puzzle is only about the size of a golf ball.

  I have all of these except for the cube and many others as well. Most are just bigger than a golf ball, but you don't need them bigger than that, especially as your collection grows, unless you've got gigantic hands. They used to be around $2-3 each on eBay before Covid. More complex ones are bigger and more expensive.

  They've since gone up in price; best value to start your collection is a 9 puzzle set in cardboard box for around $20ish.

  but the puzzles do not have any instructions.

  Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of a puzzle if it told you what to do?
