I think Google Home is no longer being made but this seems like a pretty good deal considering it isn't a refurbished model and the Google Home Mini (Chalk) is the same price on the Harvey Norman website.
However if you are looking for a newer version possibly the Google Nest Audio could be better for you.
Edit: C&C could be available but I tried searching for stock in a few different states with no luck.

these google home devices have/will lose a major usefulness
due to them killing google play music and will force us to the crappy youtube music
I've switched to the new YouTube Music and have found it better than Google Play Music. Plus, you can link most music streaming services, not just YouTube music.
of course you can link others streaming music
but google play music was free to stream your own uploaded songs.
you must be living in another world or pay for youtube premium cos it is totally crap for free users..
many have agreed that youtube music is crap for pure music and only good for music videos..

I tried youtube music on the google home devices and it was a totally inferior
-Can't play my own uploaded songs without premium (get an youtube premium ad nag when I try),
-youtube premium nag ads after every song that has played
So right now all my uploaded songs are totally useless on youtube music since I can't play them on my google home
My normal to youtube playlist now becomes cluttered with youtube music playlists (if I want to create more music playlists)
Plus many more missing stuff that was on google music

I use this for a couple of years. Good to have boring conversations and get the things done such as switching the lights on/off
