I've been watching gaming laptops for a while and this one seems decent for the money. Similarly priced to the Dell G7 that was posted recently with the eBay Dell 20% off sale (and with similar features). The screen is smaller, however the different brand, look and timing of the sale might appeal to some others.

Yep has the same garbage panel that's in the Asus tuf a15. That's where part of the cost savings come from. Single channel memory also leaves performance on the table so factor in an extra 16gb dimm if you want to get the best out of it.
So close yet so far. Hard Pass for me.

Sure, kinda sucks ducking into a fishbowl and having to drag an external corded webcam around and try to balance it on top of a laptop screen.

No webcam is a feature these day as most employers force you to have a web came so they can see your face in zoom calls
As mention by @juiciness just claim the webcam as headset doesn't look that great anyways.
