    I still havent got mine from the last deal, they were marked posted on th 21 oct, but an email I sent last thursday got this reply "There was a delay in the Auspost cages due to technical issues, the items should be with you in the coming days."

    Still havent got anything, wouldnt buy from them again in a pink fit.

      Hi awinner, just noticed your post. This does not seem correct as everyone has received their deliveries. Can you please email us as this seem highly irregular. Who emailed you from our support as I can not find such a reply to any customer as everything has been shipped an was delivered within a week of our last promotion.

        Hi Awinner, I have passed this on to support. The only thing I can think is that Aus post have lost the envelope as it is not a trackable/registered item. Either way, we will sort it out for you as everyone else got their orders from that promotion.

        "Australia post lost it" doesnt fly with me, considering the 2 emails I got from your company. The last one on Nov 5 tells me to the the items are due to be delivered in the next 24-48 hours.

        Anyway, I have now been refunded, so ill just put it down to a poor service and move on.
