Would be good to know what’s going on as I have not received my order and there is no explanation as to what’s going on in their email.. very disappointing, and concerning because there is no phone number on the website which makes the whole thing quite sketchy

You should also note the post is less than a week old, and that it was their 'Launch special of our canvas bags'. The company logo shows est 2020 so seems like they're just getting into it. I'd give them a bit longer before you start throwing around "the whole thing quite sketchy".
If you're looking out for a new purchase I get the want to make a post like this, and nothing wrong with making the post, but maybe the question you want it 'has anyone received their bags yet? The post listed express shipping, I haven't received mine'
Anyways, the OzB post was done by an affiliated account - try shooting them a message. Best of luck, hope they get it sorted and you receive it soon.
