Not sure why you're complaining when all you need to do is call up and ask about your games.
Why the negs on this comment. How do you know its a deal without knowing what games you can trade in?

It's $69 at JB, Big W etc….doesn't seem like a bargain trading 2 games in for $20 each, depending what's on "the list"
For the past similar deals, they accepted games such as Shadow of the Tomb Raider (which could be purchased for $9) - so if you play it right, this deal can be worth it.
Need to see the list before it's a deal IMO

In total I only paid $49.
