I'm looking to leave circles life in the next month or so and just wanted to see if any ozbarginers had any advice. I've heard they can keep billing you after you have left. So wanted to know whats the best evidence to gather if i end up having to get in contact in with the ACCC.

It bills a user for a full month. If you leave on the 5th of a month, you are still liable to pay till the end of that month.
I ported out on my last billing day. Had no issues being billed after that. YMMV

Terminated number means i lose the number, might have to port out
again, may need to google your answer.
