Looking with a Budget LCD with HDMI, 24inch or 27 inch

Need one LCD to link to my mobile, prefer lighter LCD with HDMI.

How about this? I use this for my pc monitor and it's great. I haven't used the HDMI but it has one on there, as well as standard pc connections.
