Great price, thanks for posting. I've purposefully held off on buying this so I can play it on Series X.

This is a game to get on PC if you can and want best visuals. It scales very well up to 8K resolution with the new RTX 3000 series cards.

    • +9

Any deals on an 8K monitor?

    • Never played at anything above 1080p res, so I think I'll be more than happy with the PS5 for a while :)

This is a reasonable comment, the new 30xx graphics cards are better than PS5 and Xbox X, though much more expensive too.

Scales UP to 8k, but it will still likely look nicer on PC at 4k than PS5/Xbox X

      • Thats the thing the 3080 gpu alone costs double a ps5 if not more . (Non founder and evga)

        • Yeah, for 2-3x the price for a full system, if not more, you’d hope it looks better.

        • Well, the original poster did clarify "if you can and want best visuals". My interpretation wasn't a recommendation for PC for everyone, only if they "can" and "want best visuals"

  • Tempting, especially given Amazon's price is $66.90.

    • The way Amazon's been with pre-orders lately you'll probably get it from OzGameShop quicker anyway lol.

base game $20 - so $36 for 2 expansions and a graphics upgrade

    • Though those expansions sell for nearly $20 each & I haven't seen them ever go on sale.

      • i'm betting they will be soon on xbox lol

    • where can i find the base game for 20$?

Naah these guys are (profanity) up. 505 Games accidently upgraded for free then disabled after saying its literally impossible then made it possible by accident.

This deal on the other hand is alright.

    • +4

Yup 505 made so many statements to avoid being accused of milking the game, and trashing smart delivery, that when the game accidentally updated to ultimate they looked like trash…

      • They only looked like trash once they realised & reversed it. Until then it looked like they had found a way at the 11th hour. Now Reddit & YouTube commentators have ripped them a new one.

    • Yep screw 505 games. Remedy has ditched them & their next one (rumoured to be Alan wake 2 based on dev comments) will be published by Epic games. Really pissed off how they did it right after putting the base game on sale to lure people in. Game preorder people all got screwed. I didn't see any form of advertising for the game. Didn't know it existed til a couple of weeks after it came out.

Screw these guys, been pretty keen to play this and have been waiting for a decent deal like this one but after the stunt they've pulled i'll wait till it's nearly free.

For anyone wanting digital. It was $60 on the PS4 when I checked about a wk ago. Going to get it once it goes on sale cause already own the base. Awesome game. Very Path of neo meets Jedi game.

  • dont forget the free pin badge too of course!
    hoping amazon match the deal.

    • ultimate control tool from 505

  • Not a bad price. For what it’s worth the RRP seems to be $69, it’s cheaper than most new releases owing to the fact it’s a reissue I guess. The price gaps small enough in this case that I’ll probably just go digital.

  • May I say, the service on Ozgameshop is absolutely terrible.

There's no tracking number issued, so you have to get in touch with UK-based support lines (8pm to 4am Melbourne/Sydney time).

Inconsistency of delivery times with 'standard 7-10 days' in some emails becomes '7-13 days' in others, I even saw a '10-15 days' which I presume is due to coronavirus.

Regardless by every commitment they've made, it's October 30 and this game has still not arrived, no responses when contacted on delay.
