  These poop bags are free all around the local parks - oddly they were not banned as single use plastic bags. Surprisingly, there are more free plastic bags dispensers than rubbish bins or water bubblers.

    Maybe because not many people would reuse a bag that had dog poo in it?

  These dog poo bags are compostable / totally free of hydrocarbon derived plastics. They are made from corn starch which is a byproduct of human and animal feedstock manufacture.
  The ones at the park are generally plastic, or maybe they are a oxo-degradable plastic which is probably even worse.

  Compostable dog poo bags are generally around 8-15 cents each (I buy them personally). So it is a reasonable freebie and in-line with the intent of the main product.

    All the free bags in my area are compostable. They are not made of plastic.

  Dog poop is compostable to start with. Maybe we just need poop zones.

  Some collar sizes other than small would be nice.
