Hi all,
I'm looking for a moderate sized TV for a small space next to the kitchen, so definitely 40" and above, but definitely nothing over 50".
My budget is under a grand, so not looking for anything spectacular but I would like to game often on this TV with the 360, watch an occasional movie from time to time but it'd mainly be used for free to air TV.
Oh and by the way, I'm looking for something that'd make the most of the Xbox 360 visuals, my Pioneer isn't able to do 60Hz 1080p which is a bummer and the other night I saw a 360 running on another plasma and it blew my Pioneer out of the water :(
JB currently has a TV sale on it seems. They have a few good Sony and Samsungs under a grand that are 40 inchs.

Not crazy as but it should meet your needs. it may not be 100hz but from what i have seen on one, it stills looks nice. there is also a few samsungs on sale. just make sure to ask them to give you a deal on it to get some money off.
