Thoughts on Kogan vs Dell vs Xiaomi monitor

So got a targetted deal for 40% off monitors through Kogan (assuming because of recent WFH related purchases).

Have been recently tossing up getting either a Xiaomi Mi 34" Curved, or the Dell S2721DGF. However this adds Kogan to the picture.

This screen would be the primary monitor for WFH & gaming, to go next to an existing 60Hz 4k Samsung screen.

Wondering if anyone has any experience on, or knows how the Kogan 27" Curved QHD 144Hz FreeSync HDR Gaming Monitor (2560 x 1440) stacks up to the other two monitors?

    I would prob stick to the Dell or Xiaomi monitors that you've been looking at.

          Nope, honestly wouldn't. I don't like issues with items, and if I have them, I don't like issues with warranty. Dell is doing some great deals on monitors lately as well.
