Samsung Redemptions Username Recovery

Hello OZB community,
Last year I created a Samsung redemption account to get cashback. This year was trying to lodge a claim and I seem to have forgotten my username. All emails from Samsung do not have a mention of username and you cannot use your email as a username to log in. Cannot find any information on how to recover username.
Any suggestions?

      Apparently the username is not same for both systems! I'll try. This is the Redemption Login ID, not your email address. Redemption Account is not the same as your Samsung Account.

    Contact samsung directly.
    I also had this stupid problem and this is the only solution to retrieve the user name.

        I recommend email. Their IT guys are good and will get to you quickly.
