I would love to see peoples delivery date they have.
Mine says the 16th Octorber which is a bit annoying since i ordered on the 17th and im a prime member as it says the release date is the 13th i live in geelong .

Ordered at 7am in the morning when pre-order started.
i ordered around lunchtime .
Mine is slated for the 15th. I ordered on the day it went live, or maybe the one after.
I find their delivery dates are way off now, I ordered something last Friday, delivery scheduled for 7-10th of October, was here on the 29th of September. (Country vic)
This is a pre-order though. Doesn't officially get released until Oct 13th.
I've seen that too. Some orders estimated within one week, and delivered the next morning.
Probably being over cautious because of the auspost issues in Vic and the fact you can typically get a voucher if your delivery is past their estimate.
Amazon sent me an email a few days ago saying that my delivery was expected 15-16 Oct. I pre-ordered within 24 hours of the announcement.
I pre-orded the 256GB version and Amazon (a few days ago) updated the delivery date to 14 - 15 Oct. Just on Wednesday, I ordered the 64GB version and cancelled my 256GB order.
Date for the 64GB version is still 14 - 15 Oct.
Hmm seems my being a prime member doesnt make a difference. This is from prime help delivery " When you pre-order eligible items before the cut-off date and choose Expedited Delivery to an eligible area, we will send your order before the release day, > with the intention that you get it on the release day.< " .
I had a chat with 2 different reps and they just brushed it of even after i linked the above shipping benefits for prime members says it will be posted so it arrives on the release day , they just fobbed me off again its just annoying that they just dont care they just want you to hang up.

Ultimately is running at mobile phone level graphics.

But it functions as a Rift when connected to a PC, giving it better specs than a likely PSVR2. As a standalone (without PC connection) the games will be limited to mobile specs, as it is a mobile device.
The only downside is that it is Facebook

Ordered mine through Oculus store 8am on launch day. ETA says Today (22/10/2002)… but it's still in Singapore… so I'm expecting at least another week.
+1 to them having pretty garbage shipping with FedEx, my last one took ~3 weeks as well.
This one has gone HK -> Japan -> China -> Singapore…. and I presume it'll leave 'soon' to Aus.
Mine came tuesday the 20th and i'm loving it , dont worry too much about the tracking as its basically in transit and not updated properly , mine did the HK -> Japan -> China -> -> HK > Singapore as well .
