I am looking to remodel two bathrooms and was wondering if I could get recommendations for handymen you have used in the past for such a project.
I'm not looking to do anything major, just new tiles/vanity/mirror/tub etc. and leave all plumbing where it is.

Not really a handyman job, not saying a handyman couldn’t do it. This sort of thing needs someone with a licence/qualifications. You would also want insurance a warranty and a waterproofing certificate.
^ This. You may get lucky with an expert handyman who is winding down in their career from the building trade. Chances are though, you're going to land a generalist who won't deliver a quality finish.
Use a registered builder. Steer clear of handymen.
