Just tried placing a pre-order for the S20 FE on Samsung Edu store 30min ago and got charged on the credit card, but no order raised within Samsung system. Called the 1300 362 603 number and was advise it's been a common issue today for them. The rep told me to raise a dispute with my bank and best not put in another order until things are fixed.
Just wondering if anyone having the same issue?
did you use a voucher to buy the handset?
