Cheap LeapFrog® App Center Download Cards?

I need apps for a Leapfrog Leappad Explorer. How it works is you buy the App Center Download Cards and then use the cards to buy the apps. At the Leapfrog website a $20 app card costs $20. At Amazon they only cost $18.11 but to Australia it adds $6.23 shipping.
