Hi Just bought a new samsung galaxy note 20 from harvey norman online. Picked it up from my nearest store. I did not even open the box or anything. Can i simply return and get my money back?

They may offer you store credit as they don't usually refund for change of mind returns. At least you haven't opened it.
I think the store will usually work out a compromise, given your box is unopened I'd imagine a full refund is not out of the question.
