Suggest Me a 75 Inch TV below $2500

Looking for a 75 inch TV but don't want to spend ridiculous amount. Anything below $2500 is much recommended with minimum 100 Hz Refresh rate.

I've done some comparison between 2 different models of TCL and LG UN8100. Considering TCL because of Dolby Vision and better motion rate however a bit sceptical about TCL because for me it's quite synonymous a TV for market leaders like Samsung, LG or Sony.

I'll appreciate if you can find a deal and suggest any other brands.

  • If you’re going to spend $2000-$2500 don’t buy a TCL, buy one of the big 3.

    • Is it worth the $1000 extra compared to TCL P715 which is currently being sold for $1543 on TGG Commercial?

  • TCL is one of the big 3 ;)

  • I finally ended up purchasing TCL 75 C815 for $2095 from TGG Commercial. So far the picture quality has been mindblowing and the Onkyo Dolby Atmos soundbar is an added bonus for the immersive cinematic experience. I've no qualms whatsoever to switch the brand after a long haul with Samsung TV's in the past.

    • immersive cinematic experience
      soundbar

      pick one

      • I'll go with the visually stunning experience.

    • I hope it has a long warranty

I suggest you buy a TV with the features you like and are are happy with the picture quality, most importantly one that has a long warranty. It is common for panels to fail regardless of the brand, thus making your TV a bin job.
I purchased a cheap brand 50" TV on line 18 months ago, every day expecting the panel to fail, well it failed yesterday, a more expensive brand would have been just as likely to fail.
If you want to help prolong the life of your panel, turn the backlight down as low as you can without degrading the picture quality too much, and make sure it in a well ventilated area, the led's run close to their maximum rated allowable temperature and heat kills them, there maybe as many as 100 led's, if only one fails it usually means total lose of picture.

The second most important thing to remember, take anything the salesman tells you with a grain of salt.

  • Anyone know whats usually the better deal TGGC or GF ?

Read my previous post, for a cheap small screen you don't have much to lose if it fails after the warranty, as long as you are happy with the the features and picture quality. People get too attached to brand names, big mistake.
