MyGadgetCity - Legit or Dodgy?

When I was browsing the web today, I clicked through an ad that led to the MyGadgetCity.biz website, which claims to offer $500 JB Hi-Fi gift cards to all registrants. It's a bit like reward websites where you need to do "something" to get the rewards (like signing up some membership, joining some free^ offers, etc). These guys are targeting the Australians but the company is an LLC in US. Those offers look "harmless" but I guess in order to offer $500 gift voucher there must be some string attached.

Anyone has any experience with these guys?
