I need to get some portable projectors for the trainers at work. They are traveling to various locations across QLD to conduct training on a school/ business's premises.
They should be bright, easy to carry and require minimal technical knowledge. Looking for good value suggestions around $1000.
Built in speaker is a definite bonus.
All suggestions are appreciated.
Projector world seems to have shrunk in choice lately. Dell used to make some nice portable units (we use ~12 units nationally at work for training) but aren't listing any now. Some suggestions below:

Has anyone used the Laser Multimedia Projector Model Number: PJT-DVD01-WHT ?
I have a bad feel that is is really old model as it comes with a DVD. I am willing to pay more a decent model.

I've bought a few $200 projectors from amazon. You're never going to get a quality product at that price point - the sort of thing you need pitch black at night time or it won't work.

I don't have particular suggestion, only to say to go for as much ANSI lumens as possible and stay away from the ultra-high numbered yet fake listings on ebay… if it's lots of lumens and cheap it's fake… Nothing worse than watching a washed-out training video
