So I want to buy a phone from OW, but it is exactly the same price at JB. Does the OW Price Beat Guarantee apply in this situation?

Our Price Beat Guarantee (PBG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor (even if it's on sale), we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%.
quite awhile back I had a problem with the price on a few bins,GOLO had them for $14 ea and when I called into Bunnings to price them there, the latter was $16.50 ea,so I showed B the advertised price at GOLO and they refused to honour their %10,so when I asked why they would not,the management pointed out to me that GOLO had a different sticker on theirs and Bunnings sticker was different so that was the problem,it is that word IDENTICAL that is why they were not IDENTICAL,I did end up getting them as I waited until their checkouts were pretty full then stood out from the checkouts and my voice rose and gave them a real problem when I started openly given them a rubishing about their policy.
Good onya Karen
You're the type of person they laugh about on their lunch break.
That's how they get around this a lot of the time.
The manufacturer will change one tiny aspect of the product and give if a different product number then they don't have to price beat it.oh my…. I rarely vote negatively because it's not uncommon for opinions to be different, but you really deserve one.
No, has to be higher than their prices. This is why they tend to match competitor's prices on the ticket.
Lol. No.
Did they ever beat it?
Through work we constantly had arguments with them as we had a contract for them to supply us.. then we would get stories from the account manager how 'he would always look into it'… but could never give us an anwer.
Wasnt worth the electrons they were written onWell, they call it price beating not price drawing so they better beat it..!
No, the price at the competitor has to be cheaper for them to beat.
