  • How come they added GST in checkout? Some items added in cart with no GST, i don't get how it work?
Edited: Nevermind, that's why the shipping is cheap ($9 for the fan) sometimes on Newegg, they do bulk shipping with all other orders together, but added GST in checkout. Normally there's no GST under $1k

GST has to be collected under 1k if your a big company aka newegg

That's not true. When I purchased from Newegg before, anything under $1k sometimes with no GST. But with high shipping rate

  • They are coming up as $39.88 for me .. These fans are also available on quietpc.com for similar pricing (around the $26 mark) + shipping.

    • Quiet Pc only do tracked courier shipping now. Was $68 for 4 fans when I quoted earlier. Too hard to swallow

I’ve bought several of these sets from the egg (well the black ones…)
    Comes direct from noctua (Taiwan)

I'm curious what your build is op. I'm looking to do my first itx build in a unique case soon.

Bought these a week and a half ago, arrived friday to WA with DHL. Very happy with them.

  • How are these for a rad? Im looking for some slim fans for a push pull config

    • You'd probably get the same performance out of a push NF-A12x25 and it'd be quieter.

These fans looking very open, large gaps between the blades mean that they have a low pressure. So if your trying to cram air through a tight case or radiator, air will not be pushed as hard and will result in poor flow. These have 1.53mm H2O of pressure, that's not the worst, but not great.

They blow air, and I'm sure they will cool your compact pc, but not very efficiently for the price. I use a lot of noctua fans, they are a premium fan maker that often win by slim margins. You would be much better off with a lesser brand with a pressure optimised blade design for more pressure in tight cases.

I use the NF A12x25 fans that offer industry leading static pressure and flow, but they are costly and won't fit your mini build if that 15mm vs 25mm is critical.

I do like noctua, but unsure if they have the best compact fans

I spent too long researching all other slim 120mm case fan brands and couldn't find anything better than the nf-a12x15. In tests they beat many 25mm fans.

Close contender was Scythe Kaze Flex but none available anywhere. Shame as it would match my cooler, but they're 17mm and the GPU I'm planning to get will need every mm in this sff build

      • Yea right, if they are anything like the larger 25mm fans, then they must punch above their weight!

  • The brown fans at this price have sold out, but they still have chromax black for $30+GST+Shipping. Got 4 with splitter set for $148odd delivered
